164. Lt. Isaac Harrison Skillman was born on 14 October 1772 in Loudoun Co., VA. He served in the military Major Woodford's Squadron, Cavalry, VA Militia. in 1812 in War of 1812. He immigrated about 1816 to Bourbon Co., KY. From SOA:
...and in 1816 joined his brother in Bourbon Co., Ky. In 1825, removed to Scott Co., Ky.

From Register Report: Isaac came to Bourbon County and settled near North Middletown, in the fall of 1816; where he purchased 216 acres of land (partly cleared) on the line of Bourbon and Clark Counties; his cabin; a double log one, was one-half in each county;... Isaac died on 18 March 1856 at the age of 83 in Breckinridge Co., KY. His SOA Number is 34.

Lt. Isaac Harrison Skillman and Nancy "Anne" Whitely were married on 10 January 1798 in Loudoun Co., VA. Married by Littlejohn. Nancy "Anne" Whitely, daughter of William Whitely and Susannah Tyler, was born in 1776 in Virginia. She died in February 1831 at the age of 55.
