William G. Skillman and Martha Anne Grigg were married on 19 October 1831 in Sussex Co., VA. Martha Anne Grigg, daughter of Richard B. Grigg and Sarah Margaret Chambliss, was born in 1812 in Virginia. She died in 1845 at the age of 33. She was buried on 10 May 1906 at Lexington Cem.,Sec. J, Lot 31 in Lexington, Fayette, KY.
