Abraham died on 10 December 1862 at the age of 66 in Bound Brook, Somerset, NJ. He was buried on 10 December 1862 at Bound Brook Cemetery in Bound Brook, Somerset, NJ. Dr. Abraham Skillman and Susan Emma Palmer were married on 7 March 1827 in Trenton, Mercer, NJ. Susan Emma Palmer was born in 1803 in Yardleyville, PA. She died on 31 March 1870 at the age of 67. Year of death may be 1880. She was buried on 31 March 1880 at Bound Brook Cemetery in Bound Brook, Somerset, NJ. Buried in Lot 25, Section E, grave 3.

He was educated in 1854 at Princeton Seminary in Princeton, Mercer, NJ. Charles died on 19 April 1862 at the age of 28. He was buried at Bound Brook Cemetery in Bound Brook, Somerset, NJ. He was a pastor in Luzerne, NY.
