She died on 12 May 2012 at the age of 71 in Breckenridge, Summit, CO. SummitDaily.com Barrie is survived by daughter Sandee Mosqueda and husband Stephen; son Bill Brucher and wife Jayme; brothers Rick and Peter Skillman; her beloved grandchildren: Sarah and Ray Mendez, Michael and Lauren Sattler, Craig and David Sattler, and Jennifer and Zachary Mosqueda. Her special joy was her great grandson, Jasper Mendez. Barrie was clerk at the Breckenridge Post Office. She loved her family, the mountains, Starbucks and being a part of the Breckenridge community. Selfless to the end, Barrie donated her body to science so others can learn and continue their education. A celebration of her life will take place July 14, in Fort Collins, CO, and her cremated remains will be spread on July 15, 2012 in Rocky Mountain National Park.
