140. Acksa Skillman was born on 10 May 1766 in Princeton, Mercer, NJ. She died before 1866 at the age of 100 in Alabama. She was also known as Asiah, Acksam, Achsa.

Acksa Skillman and Alexander Andrew McLaughlin Sr. were married on 30 December 1789 in Greeneville, Greene Co., TN. Married in Greenesboro, NC, now Tennessee. Alexander Andrew McLaughlin Sr., son of O. Daniel McLaughlin and Unknown Unknown, was born in 1765 in Scotland. He died about 1840 at the age of 75 in Shelby Co., AL. He was buried at Shiloh Cemetery in Leeds, Jefferson Co., AL.
