She died of old age on 7 September 1952 at the age of 96 at 289 McCormick Pl. in Cincinnati, Hamilton, OH. She was buried on 10 September 1952 at Spring Grove Cemetery in Hamilton Co., OH. Albert Furman Skillman and Caroline "Carrie" Floyd were married. Caroline "Carrie" Floyd, daughter of James Thomas Floyd and Isabelle Barkley, was born about 1851 in Springfield Twp., Mount Healthy, Hamilton, OH. She died of consumption on 17 October 1874 at the age of 23 in Springfield Twp., Mount Healthy, Hamilton, OH. She was buried on 22 October 1874 at Spring Grove Cemetery in Hamilton Co., OH.
