Carmen R. Skillman  Age 38, of 326 N. Pearl St., died unexpectedly on Sat., June 23, 2001, the result of an automobile accident.   He was born in Wilmington, DE, on Sept. 2, 1962, the son of Richard and Elizabeth (Mancari) Skillman. Carmen married Teressa M. Cleasby on Aug. 5, 1995, in St. John Lutheran Church, Janesville. He owned and operated SuperPro Steam Cleaning, was an avid hunter and camper and had taken 3rd place in the 1991 Weekend War Kickboxing Tournament. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.  He is survived by his wife, Teressa 4 children: Amber, Nicole, Carmen A. "Tony" and Christina Skillman all of Janesville his father, Richard (Linda) Skillman of Janesville his mother, Elizabeth (James) Quigly of Wilmington, DE his paternal grandmother, Margaret Long of New Castle, DE a brother, Lance Skillman of Janesville 4 sisters: Catherine Paoli and Ramona Castellani both of Wilmington, DE, Domenica (Steven) Watts of New Castle, DE, Michele (Jim) Rosga of Janesviille nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Wed., June 27, 2001, in St. John Lutheran Church with Rev. Glenn Berg Moberg officiating. Friends may call at the SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME, Janesville on Tuesday from 5-8 pm.
