Joseph F. Skillman (Frank), age 74, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2012 while at home surrounded by family.

After retiring from New Castle County, Frank started a T.V. inspection business in Warwick, MD. In 1999 he retired from his business and moved to Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia to pursue his life-long passion of fishing for striped bass.

Survivors include his loving wife, Sandra Skillman; and three beautiful daughters, Dawn Maahs, Christine Brock, and Savanna Skillman. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Gregory Maahs Jr., Cortney Maahs, Leah Brock and two son-in-laws Jesse Brock and Greg Maahs Sr.

Services will be held at 11a.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main Street, Elkton, Maryland, where friends and family may call one hour prior. Burial will follow at St. Steven s Episcopal Cemetery in Earleville, MD. Location: R.T. Foard - Elkton
