Albert appeared in the census in 1920 in Chehalis, Lewis, WA. I (WAS) couldn't find Albert in the 1920 Chehalis Census, nor children Thomas L. or Dorothy M. In 1920 he was in Seattle, King, WA. Can't read occupation in 1920 Census but it concerned machinery. He appeared in the census in 1920 at Cloquallum Rd. in Cloquallum, Mason, WA. In the 1920 Census for Cloquallum, Mason, WA, Albert, 59, was living with Max, 14, Lloyd, 11, and Robert, 9. Albert died on 1 June 1928 at the age of 67 in Chehalis, Lewis, WA. Sandra Holcombe gives death place as Elma, WA.

Albert Richard Skillman and Maud M. Unknown appeared in the census in 1920 at 128 Melrose Ave., Apt 4 in Seattle, King, WA. This Census found by WAS. Not sure about other two locations. They were married. Maud M. Unknown was born about 1872 in Illinois.

Albert Richard Skillman and Eltie "Etta" Wadsworth were married on 10 June 1883 in Mecosta Twp., Mecosta, MI. They were divorced on 18 September 1897. Eltie "Etta" Wadsworth, daughter of John M. Wadsworth and Martha Jane Wyncoop, was born on 27 May 1867 in Venango Boro, Venango, PA. She died on 23 February 1959 at the age of 91 in Portland, Multnomah, OR.

They appeared in the census in 1910 in Elma, Chehalis, WA. Also in the 1910 Census were children Ada, 11, Richard, 9, Lila, 7, Max, 4, Walter, 2, Lloyn, 1 5/12. Albert and Liddie were divorced between 1920 and 1928. Lydia Blanche "Liddie" Mitchell, daughter of Isaac Mitchell and Louisa Blamer, was born on 11 March 1879 in Monroe, Licking, OH. She died on 1 November 1943 at the age of 64 in Tacoma, Pierce, WA. She may have died earlier since the 1920 Census has Albert as a widower.
