Mr. Skillman was born on Jan. 1, 1924, in LeRoy, a son of Edgar L. and Irene Moss Skillman. He married Louise Kirby on Oct. 28, 1949, in LeRoy. She survives. Also surviving are two nieces, Kay (Vonne) Linse, Columbus, Ohio, and Becky (Hap) Zook, Morton; and many nieces and nephews on the Kirby side of the family. He was buried on 5 March 2011 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Leroy, McLean, IL. Dick was a judge in Champaign, IL. He served in the military WWII in Army Air Force. He graduated at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, McLean, IL. Dick was a member at First United Methodist Church in Leroy, McLean, IL.
