She was retired from Sarasota County Department of Engineering , where she worked as a secretary, and was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband George Elmer Donn; a daughter and son-in-law Jean Estelle and Richard Edkins, and her brothers, Guy and Charles Hodgkins. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, George Edward and Sandra Donn, of Calhoun; grandchildren, Cheryl and Oscar Melis, Leslie and Don Watt, Dee and Walt Ralph, Brian and Susan Edkins, and Barbara Edkins; great-grandchildren, Chelsea and Gabby Melis, Lauren and Adam Watt, and Caleb and Hunter Edkins; and an Aunt Henrietta Lutes, of Rockville, Maryland. Graveside services were Tuesday, November 20, at 2:00 p.m. from the Palms Memorial Park Cemetery in Sarasota, Florida with the Reverend Bobbi Blackburn officiating.
