Paper: Great Falls Tribune(MT) HAVRE - Livingston native Granville Stuart Skillman, 87,of Havre, a rancher and guide who enjoyed nature and loved to be outside, died of natural causes peacefully at his home in Havre on Saturday. Cremation has taken place. His memorial service is 11 a.m. Saturday in Havre at Fifth Avenue Christian Church, followed by a luncheon at the church. Holland and Bonine Funeral Home of Havre is handling arrangements. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, June Skillman of Havre; a son, Stuart Skillman of Mount Vernon, Wash.; daughters Janice Skillman and Rose Kretchmer, both of Havre; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Marguerite Cain. He was a rancher and guide. Granville was buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Big Timber, Sweetgrass, MT. He was cremated.
