Leroy Anderson "Roy" Skillman and Bertha Rigby Oliver were married. Bertha Rigby Oliver, daughter of James B. Rigby and Carrie Emily Ruth, was born in 1901 in Craigsville, PA. She died on 15 March 1978 at the age of 77 in Bradenton, Manatee, FL.
