9102. Richard William Skillman was born on 10 March 1936 in Jamaica, Queens, NY. He graduated in 1957 at SUNY Cortland in Cortland, NY. He lived in Levittown, Long Island, Kings, NY in June 2007. Richard died after a brief respiratory illness on 23 February 2012 at the age of 75 in Levittown, Long Island, Kings, NY. SKILLMAN- Richard W."Coach" passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012 after a brief respiratory illness. Beloved husband of Sylvia.Beloved father of five, grandfather of nine and great-grandfather of three. Beloved brother of Russell (Dawn). He was a Physical Education teacher in the North Merrick School District at Camp Avenue School. He coached football and lacrosse at Calhoun High School. Coach loved his family, golf, his boat and gardening. He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him. He is a 1953 graduate of Baldwin HS and a 1957 graduate of SUNY Cortland. Viewing at Dalton Funeral Home, Hicksville on Sunday, February 26, 2012, 2-5 and 7-9 pm.
