Memorial service for Ruth E. (Skillman) Palmer Ysen, 75, will be at 1 p.m. today at Riplinger Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ysen, who died Tuesday, was born in Livingston, Mont.
She was a resident of Spokane for 36 years and had worked as a clerk in the accounting department at Eastern Washington University for 20 years.
Mrs. Ysen was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Gordon Palmer, and her second husband, Tim Ysen.
Survivors include three daughters, Marilyn Bash of Liberty Lake, Diana Price of Spokane and Linda Palmer of Priest River, Idaho; two sisters, Helen Milam of Livingston and Joan King of Billings, Mont.; a brother, Kenneth Skillman of St. Maries; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Ruth Esther Skillman and Gordon Emery Palmer were married on 16 October 1943. Gordon Emery Palmer was born on 23 April 1921. He died on 24 November 1964 at the age of 43.
