Edward W. Evans, special master in the divorce proceedings of Lucy Skillman against her husband, Harvey Skillman, yesterday filed his report in the Chancery, in which he recommends that a decree of divorce be made by the court. John L. Conrad was solicitor for Mrs. Skillman.

The Skillmans were married in this city November 1, 1897, by Justice of the Peace Naar. The divorce was brought because of Mr. Skillman's unlawful intimacy with a woman from Easton, with whom, the evidence says, he stopped at the American House, in this city, November 1, 1891 [?], and registered as "Mr. and Mrs. Skillman."
Mrs. Skillman was Lucy Sweet of this city. Lucy E. Sweet was born in March 1881 in Trenton, Mercer, NJ.
