Francis Robert "Frank" Skillman-32531 and Elsie Grosscup-82109 had the following children:

Eleanor Margaret Bowers, daughter of Phillip Bowers and Margaret Unknown, was born on 2 June 1922 in Harrison, NJ. She died on 19 January 2006 at the age of 83 in Suffolk, VA. Portsmouth - Eleanor Skillman, 84, of the 100 block of Hodges Manor Road, died January 19, 2006, in Suffolk. A native of Harrison, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Phillip Bowers and the late Margaret Bowers and the wife of the late Frank Skillman. She retired from RCA as a marketing specialist and was a member of St. Terese Catholic Church. Survivors include a son, Bill Skillman and wife Sandra of Portsmouth and granddaughter, Tonya of Key Largo, Fla. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be at a later date in New Jersey. In lieu of flowers, meorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 2730 Ellsmere Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23513. She was buried in New Jersey.
