7990. Lynn Shaw Skillman was born on 23 March 1954 at North Chicage in Great Lakes, IL. She died on 11 March 2002 at the age of 47 at home in Indianola, WA. Lynn Shaw Schott, 47, of Indianola died March 11, 2002, in Indianola. She was born March 23, 1954, in North Chicago, Ill., to David V. and Marilyn (Dunkelberg) Skillman. She graduated from Nutrier High School in Winnetka, Ill., and from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, N.M. She also had attended graduate classes at Florida Atlantic College. She was an artist and teacher. She enjoyed art and making pottery. She had been active in several civic organizations.

Survivors include her father of Evanston, Ill.; her mother, Marilyn Gellersted of Glenview, Ill.; a daughter, Hadley Margaret Schott; two brothers, David V. Skillman of Addison, Ill., and Stephen L. Skillman of Fort Worth, Texas; and her grandmother, Constance V. Stolley of Pekin, Ill. She was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy P. Skillman. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at The Stone Chapel at Cherry Grove in Poulsbo.

Lynn Skillman Schott, 47 of Indianola, Washington, died March 11th at her home. She was a resident of Winnetka and previously lived in Evanston and Wilmette. She was born March 23, 1954 in Great Lakes, IL. Mrs Schott attended New Trier High School, she attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque New Mexico and graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Florida. Mrs Schott was an Artist and Teacher, she owned her own pottery studio and was an equestrian, jumper and showed thoroughbred horses. She was preceded in death by her brother Timothy T. Skillman. Her survivors include her parents David V. (Ruth) Skillman of Glenview and Marilyn (Harry) Dunkelberg Gellersted of Evanston; daughter Hadley Margaret Schott of Indianola, Washington; her grandmother Constance V. Stolley of Pekin, IL; brothers David V. Skillman of Addison and Stephen L. Skillman of Fort Worth Texas. A memorial service was held March 16th at the Stone Chapel in Poulsbo, WA. Memorial services locally are pending in May.
