David Bayard Skillman and Jane V. "Jennie" Williamson were married. Jane V. "Jennie" Williamson was born on 22 October 1813. She died on 4 May 1860 at the age of 46. She was buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Middlebush, Somerset, NJ. Her tombstone reads: "Jane Williamson, wife of David B. Skillman, aged 46 years, 6 months and 13 days."

David Bayard Skillman-2964 and Jane V. "Jennie" Williamson-2981 had the following children:

David Bayard Skillman and Elizabeth D. Thompson were married on 10 March 1861 in New Brunswick, Middlesex, NJ. Elizabeth D. Thompson died on 17 April 1887 in New Brunswick, Middlesex, NJ.
