Her obit appeared in the Somerset Messenger Gazette on Jan. 30, 1879. She was buried at Unionville Cem. on Dutchtown-Zion Rd, in Harlingen, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ.

Christina Stryker and Peter H. Hoagland were married on 7 December 1831 at Harlingen Dutch Ref. Church in Harlingen, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ. Married by Rev. Labagh. Peter H. Hoagland, son of Harmanus Hoagland and Jane Vroom, was born on 22 October 1798. He was baptized on 26 November 1798 at Ref. Dutch Church in Neshanic, Somerset, NJ. He died on 4 September 1852 at the age of 53 in Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ. His estate inventory was proved Oct. 9, 1852 and was administered by Cornelius S. Stryker.

1740	iii.	Mary Jane Hoagland was born on 17 September 1841 in Harlingen, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ. She was baptized on 24 April 1842 at Dutch Ref. Church in Harlingen, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ. She died on 7 October 1863 at the age of 22 in Harlingen, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ. She died of spasms. Mary was buried after 7 October 1863 at Unionville Cem. on Dutchtown-Zion Rd, in Harlingen, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ.
1741	iv.	Jacob Stryker Hoagland was born in 1843. He was living in 1877 in Harlingen, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ. In 1887 he lived in his father's house in Harlingen. He died in 1913 at the age of 70. Jacob was buried at Blawenburg Reformed Church Cemetery in Blawenburg, Montgomery Twp., Somerset, NJ.
