EMOGENE M. SKILLMAN WALLER, 74, of West Lafayette, Ind., formerly of Zephyrhills, died Tuesday at Heritage Health Care in West Lafayette. She was a native of Youngstown, Ohio. She was retired from printing services at Purdue University and attended Otterbein Methodist Church in Otterbein, Ind. She is survived by her husband, Donald E.; a son, Charles of Otterbein; a daughter, Donna Taylor of West Lafayette; a brother, Robert Skillman of Ohio; and two sisters, Carolyn Lucas and Marjorie Maderas, both of Florida.
