Laura Virginia Skillman, daughter of F. Robert Janney Skillman and Naomi Sophia Miller, was born on 5 August 1847 in Baltimore (Independent City), Baltimore, MD. George Skillman was born on 9 August 1874. He died on 13 February 1878 at the age of 3 in Baltimore (Independent City), Baltimore, MD. Obit in Baltimore Sun 2/14/1878:

SKILLMAN. - On 13th February, 1878, after a long illness, GEORGE SKILLMAN, aged 3 years 6 months and 4 days, the youngest son of Charles and Laura V. Skillman.
