Mr. Skillman is survived by two sons, Gilbert and Robert, a daughter Shawn, a granddaughter, Steffanie and a sister Betty Ledford. A memorial service at the graveside in Rose Hill Burial Park will be held at 10 A.M. on Saturday, August 19, 2006. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mr. Skillman's memory to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association. Gilbert was an employee at Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service in Lakeland, OH. He had Social Security Number 273-20-7235.
