HUGH SKILLMAN ""HOOPY'' TEN EYCK, 83, of Dunedin died Wednesday in Dunedin. A native of New Jersey, he moved to the area in 1969 from New York. He was the co-founder and first president of International Ore & Fertilizer Corp. (Interore) in New York, and he retired as chairman of Interore and executive vice president and director of Occidental Petroleum Corp. in Los Angeles. After retirement from these positions, he was chairman of Associated Consultants International in Tampa. He is survived by his wife, Lucile Lehn; three daughters, Gay Chiesa of Chincoteague, Va., Mary Hencken of Maitland and Kathy Marshall of Vero Beach; a sister, Emily Rising of Hinsdale, Ill.; and  seven grandchildren. Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, Clearwater.
