11612. Florence Helen Marlin was born on 12 July 1924 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. She died on 24 June 2011 at the age of 86 in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Florence H. (Marlin) Zimmerman, age 86 of Plymouth Meeting PA., died Friday (6/24) at her home .
She was a retired corporate Insurance Commercial property underwriter retiring in 1964. Daughter of the late George and Helen (Clerk) Marlin. She is the wife of the late Philip E. Zimmerman who had just passed away in 2010.
Florence was a graduate of Olney H.S. class of 1942. She was an active member and volunteer for her church Saint Jude and The Nativity for many years. Florence was very fond of animals and for years took care of her neighbors cat.She also had volunteered for the meals on wheels program and enjoyed crossword puzzles. Florence will be sadly missed by her neighbors.
Friends may call Tuesday 6/28 from 9-10 at Saint Jude And The Nativity Church, 203 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA.19444 Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Burial will be in the George Washington Mmeorial Park. In leiu of flowers ,donations may be made to her church. Funeral arrangements are by the Lownes Funeral Home of Lafayette Hill.

Philip E. Zimmerman was born on 28 October 1920. He died on 6 November 2010 at the age of 90 in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
