Tammy Skillman Peterson, 46, of Tequesta, Florida passed away on June 28, 2012 in Stuart, Fla. at Treasure Coast Hospice. She was born in Bradford, Pa.to parents Alfred and Marjorie Skillman,who survive. She is survived by her life partner, Jerry Cibulka of Fla, and also by one daughter, Natasha peterson, and one son, Charles, both of Florida. She is also survived by one sister, Peni Ezzolo, and two brothers, Steven and Al, Jr. all of Florida.
