Also surviving is a son, Lonnie Skillman of Riverside, California and two grandsons, Colby and Cale Skillman. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. A graveside service will be held 3:30 p.m. Monday, February 9, 2009 at Bailey Chapel Cemetery in Piketon, Ohio.
