Skillman and Kathryn Prutzman Skillman Rex. Bob was a graduate of Delhaas High School. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and has been a long time resident of Newtown. He was chief executive officer of Real Estate Excel, which was founded by him and his wife, Joyce in 2000. Bob and Joyce were inseparable, not only as husband and wife but as co-workers and traveling around the world together. Bob enjoyed many things in life, but what he most looked forward to spending time with his devoted wife Joyce, his two sons, Kirk and Capt. Rob at their summer home in Ocean City, Maryland, fishing with them and his best friend, Ed. Bob loved his boat and spent many hours tinkering and getting nothing done, then have his son Capt. Rob fix it. Bob had a dry sense of humor, so dry that just looking at him made you laugh. He will be deeply missed by his devoted family and friends and in their hearts forever.
