He is survived by his mother; sister, Andrea B. Thurber of Atherton, CA; brother, Peter D. Bennett of Norwalk, CT; son, Justin T. Bennett of Philadelphia, PA; daughters, Laura K. Bennett of Roscoe, IL, and Kimberly A. Cherniak of Liverpool, NY; grandchildren, Jerad, Marissa and Gavin; and four nieces and nephews.
