William H. Skillman Sr., 77, of Mason, Ohio, formerly of Ft. Thomas, died Tuesday at his home.  He was a retired vice president and general manager of Steelcraft Manufacturing Co. in Blue Ash, Ohio.  Survivors include his wife, Vivian R. Hipple Skillman; a daughter, Sally Rush, and a son, William Skillman Jr., both of West Chester, Ohio; a sister, Mary Schmidt of Glendale, Calif.; and four grandchildren.  Mass of Christian burial was this morning at Good Shepherd Church, Symmes Township, Ohio.  Strawser Funeral Home, Blue Ash, was in charge of arrangements.  Burial was in St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. She was living on 20 September 1994 in Mason, Warren, OH. She died on 6 January 2011 at the age of 92 in West Chester, Butler, OH. SKILLMAN, Vivian R. (nee Hipple). Beloved wife of the late William H. Skillman. Loving mother of Sally (Dave) Rush of West Chester and Bill (Jan) Skillman of Maineville. Devoted grandmother to Sheri (Bill) Elmore, Michelle (Todd) Rafter, Will (Beth) Skillman Greg (Kim) Skillman. Great-grandmother of ten. Passed away Thursday January 6, 2011 at the age of 92.
