214. Abraham "Long Abe" Skillman was born in 1790. He died before 1890 at the age of 100. He was living in Post Town, now Plainfield, NJ. From SOA: They lived at Post Town, now Plainville, on S. slope of Sourland Mountain. His SOA Number is 55.

Abraham "Long Abe" Skillman and Magdalena "Lena/Leentje" Post were married about 1814. Magdalena "Lena/Leentje" Post, daughter of John W. Post and Catharine Stevens, was born in 1791. She was christened on 27 November 1791 at Ref. Dutch Church in Neshanic, Somerset, NJ. From SOA:
