Isaac Skillman and Catharine Clendenning were married on 15 October 1807 in New Jersey. Catharine Clendenning, daughter of Isaac Clendenning and Ann Mary Breeze, was born on 2 March 1778 in Somerset Co., NJ. She died on 1 August 1848 at the age of 70. She was buried at Kingston Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Kingston, Somerset, NJ.
